Welcome to the new and improved Ride The Pine website. These pages are designed and run by a Nottingham Panthers supporter. It is aimed to provide a bit of fun amongst some of the more serious websites. With Nottingham Panthers season more or less over (Out of the B&H, way behind in the league, little sign of consistent good hockey that will lead to a run in the Challenge Cup and the playoffs months away), I needed something to keep me going through the coming months. Some of the old features have been retained, and some new ones added. This time around I intend to update the site on a more frequent basis. The conents of this site are intended as a tongue in cheek look at hockey, with the emphasis on the Panthers and our long time rivals, the Sheffield Steelers. Please therefore take this site in the humour it should be. |
